       - Upon receiving the returned laptop, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
       - If the laptop passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
       - If the laptop does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

    4. Refund:
       - Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the laptop, excluding any shipping charges or restocking fees.
       - Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

    5. Exclusions:
       - Returns will not be accepted for laptops that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
       - Software licenses or subscriptions that have been activated are non-refundable.
