   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   - The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
   - Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

   - If the laptop passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
   - If the laptop does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
